“We had a great time with Ayman! He was very patient and took his time to make sure everyone was properly trained prior to the tour. He assured everyone felt comfortable to safely operate the Segway. While leading the group, he maintained a steady pace to assure the group stayed together and adjusted speed according to the comfort of the group. Ayman provided lots of historical facts along the way with every stop. Even with a singular rambunctious guest getting off course, Ayman remained patient and assured this guest as well as the rest of the group remained safe.
